Attorneys representing Heather "Razzlekhan" Morgan, a rapper and social media personality, have sent cease-and-desist letters to Netflix and production company Library Films regarding the documentary "Biggest Heist Ever." The letters claim defamation and violation of California's two-party recording laws. Morgan alleges that the documentary invaded the privacy of her wedding attendees by filming without their consent. The letters demand the immediate removal of guests' likenesses from the documentary. Morgan's attorneys also dispute statements made in the documentary, including claims that Morgan and her husband purchased stolen passports and other identity documents. Morgan's father-in-law is also said to have been defamed. Failure to comply with the requests may result in legal action. Morgan is set to report to federal prison on February 4 for her role in money laundering related to a multi-billion-dollar Bitcoin heist.
