The Pi Network team has warned traders about fake Pi ads on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) following the launch of its Open Network. The team stated that all trading pairs of Pi currently listed on these exchanges are fake and urged users to refrain from participating in any trading. They emphasized that Pi coins can only be traded on platforms that have undergone the project's "Know Your Business" (KYB) verification process. Only four exchanges, including OKX, Bitget, Gate.io, and Pionex, are listed as verified entities. Bybit founder and CEO, Ben Zhou, denied claims that Bybit had requested a Pi listing, stating that Bybit had made no such request. There have also been reports of withdrawal issues for Pi coin investors on multiple exchanges, leading to selling pressures and a drop in the token's price. Bitget has addressed the complaints and assured users that their requests are a top priority and will be completed within the next 24-48 hours.
