Canary Capital's spot Litecoin ETF, which has recently been listed on the DTCC system, is one step closer to being launched pending SEC approval. The DTCC listing provides the necessary trading infrastructure for the ETF. Other asset managers, such as Grayscale and CoinShares, have also filed similar applications. Bloomberg analysts believe that the outlook for Litecoin-based funds is promising, as the ETF meets approval requirements and Litecoin is already classified as a commodity by the CFTC. Since the filing of the first Litecoin ETF, Litecoin's price has increased by over 100%. Currently, it is trading at around $130 with a 2% increase in the past hour.
