Societe Generale-FORGE, a subsidiary of Societe Generale Group, has chosen the Stellar network to launch its euro-backed stablecoin. The stablecoin, called EURCV CoinVertible, is compliant with the Markets in Crypto Assets requirements in Europe. The integration of the stablecoin onto the Stellar network will boost the platform's cross-border payments ecosystem and promote further adoption among financial institutions and asset managers. Additionally, the partnership will support asset tokenization, a growing sector in the market.
