Binance CEO Richard Teng has reminded the global crypto community about the importance of doing their own research (DYOR) when it comes to crypto investments. While some users responded positively, others criticized Binance for listing "low cap scammy insider controlled memecoins." Teng previously shared a blog article highlighting Binance's success in fighting illicit crypto transactions, with Chainalysis data showing that only 0.14% of transactions were illegal. Binance has invested millions in compliance programs and hired a team of compliance experts, securing over 20 regulatory permissions globally. Additionally, Binance launched the Risk Sniper channel to protect users from scams and frauds, resulting in the recovery of $9.1 million and the blacklisting of 47,000 malicious wallets.
