A woman in South Florida is facing possible deportation after allegedly stealing over $850,000 worth of cryptocurrency from her ex-boyfriend. Maissa Jebali is accused of taking Donald Trump's Solana meme coin (TRUMP) from Anthony Bravo. Bravo discovered the theft after waking from a nap and checking his crypto accounts. Jebali was arrested on charges of grand theft and credit card fraud. She denies any malicious intent and claims Bravo gave her permission to use his credit card. Jebali is now in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The incident highlights the vulnerability of crypto holders to theft, as offline crypto robberies have been on the rise globally.
