CandleFocus Mantle Becomes World’s Biggest ZK Rollup in Partnership with Succinct Labs

Mantle, an Ethereum L2 scaling solution, has partnered with Succinct Labs to become the largest ZK rollup. By integrating with Succinct's SP1, Mantle aims to provide institutional-grade settlement and value transfer with reduced finality time from 7 days to 1 hour. The inclusion of SP1 marks a transition from optimistic rollup to zero-knowledge validity rollup, significantly improving the network's abilities and bridging capabilities. The upgrade brings Mantle closer to Ethereum L1 in terms of cost, offering lower slippage, improved money markets, and better swap market dispersals. The integration of modular architecture and ZK proofs through SP1, along with data availability powered by EigenDA, enables unparalleled liquidity chain and institutional-level settlement within the crypto sector. The SP1 integration also offers rapid finality, cost efficiency, multi-chain compatibility, EVM equivalence, and cross-rollup interoperability. Overall, this development aligns Mantle with Ethereum's scalability and security objectives.
