Fartcoin (FARTCOIN), a meme coin on the Solana blockchain, has experienced a surprising surge of 362% to reach an all-time high of $1.3, with a market capitalization of close to $1.3 billion. Despite its volatility since its launch in October, Fartcoin's growth has been attributed to increased trading volumes and rising social dominance. Binance has announced it will be adding Fartcoin perpetual futures with up to 75x leverage, leading to a 15% surge in the token. Fartcoin's rally in the struggling cryptocurrency market has made it an unlikely "safe haven" for investors. Analysts speculate that its price could reach $2 in the near term.
