Haliey Welch, the creator of the failed meme coin HAWK, has finally broken her silence after weeks of silence following the coin's launch. In a statement, she promised to cooperate with the legal team representing affected investors and help uncover the truth surrounding the controversy. This comes as the Hawk Tuah community is facing a lawsuit over alleged securities violations related to the promotion of the HAWK token. Welch herself is not named in the lawsuit. The response from the crypto community has been mixed, with some making jokes and memes while others express frustration and anger towards Welch.
