Vestra DAO, a relatively new project, has been hacked, resulting in the theft of at least $480K worth of VSTR tokens. The hacker exploited a logic flaw in the contract, allowing them to drain the tokens through multiple deposit and withdrawal transactions. The funds were immediately sent to the Tornado mixer. The attack has caused the value of VSTR tokens to plummet, and the project is now trying to repair its reputation and compensate users. There are concerns about the project's liquidity and vulnerability to further exploits. Smart contracts, even audited ones, are not always entirely secure. Vestra DAO has reached out to the Turkish crypto community for support.
