Justin Sun, founder of Tron and BitTorrent, has hinted at the potential release of RLUSD, a USD-pegged stablecoin by Ripple, on the Tron platform. The Tron community is anticipating the asset to go live on December 4, 2024, pending approval from New York regulators. This news has excited the XRP community, who see the integration as a positive development for both XRP and TRX. Tron recently lost its position as the largest blockchain for USDT stablecoins to Ethereum, and the potential release of RLUSD could help Tron regain its status. Despite this, TRX has set a new all-time high and is currently the best performing asset, while XRP is on the verge of launching its own stablecoin.
