Dennis Porter, co-founder of Satoshi Action Fund, announced that up to 20 'Strategic Bitcoin Reserve' bills will be introduced at the state level, with multiple bills potentially being introduced in the same state. These bills will be based on the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve models created by the Satoshi Action Fund. Porter explained that the legislative process for these bills will follow a structured six-step process, with many states aiming to start the process this month. However, the process is complex and requires careful navigation, which is why the fund is aiming to have multiple bills in multiple states simultaneously to increase the chances of success. The timeline for these bills is expected to be compressed, with advocates aiming to establish strategic Bitcoin reserves in several states by summer.
