Ripple's Chief Legal Officer, Stuart Alderoty, spoke at a conference about the lack of clear cryptocurrency regulations in the U.S., stating that once regulations are clarified, Ripple will become a trusted source for enterprise support for crypto solutions. Ripple has recently won court victories against the SEC, with XRP being classified as a non-security. The company was ordered to pay $125 million to the SEC, much less than the requested $2 billion. Ripple advocates for the use of stablecoins, highlighting the market cap of over $100 billion and introducing its own USD-backed stablecoin, RLUSD.
