WhiteBit, a leading centralized crypto exchange in the European Union (EU), has partnered with VISA to launch its own branded debit card called WhiteBit Nova. The card allows users to spend their crypto assets directly and offers cashback rewards of up to 10%. The card, issued by Wallester AS under the authorization of the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority, has no opening or closing fees and does not require an initial deposit. Users can choose between a digital or plastic version of the card, with the plastic version incurring an additional fee. The card integrates with ApplePay and supports well-established cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, and XRP. It does not include more volatile assets or tokens. Cashback rewards will vary depending on the spending category, with the highest cashback percentage being 10% for subscriptions. EU residents can apply for the card on the WhiteBit platform, with daily and monthly spending limits of 10,000 EUR and 25,000 EUR respectively. WhiteBit, established in Ukraine in 2018, has a reported daily trading volume of more than $12 billion.
