The President of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) in Turkey, İbrahim Ömer Gönül, has announced that work on secondary regulations for cryptocurrencies is ongoing. After the publication of these regulations, on-site inspections will be conducted at crypto asset service providers, and the authorization process will be completed. This comes after the "Law on Amendments to the Capital Markets Law" came into effect in July, placing cryptocurrency service providers under the regulatory authority of the CMB.
