Finnish authorities have initiated an investigation into Heart, suspecting him of underreporting earnings from crypto ventures. Arrest notices do not imply guilt, and Heart is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The dismissal of the SEC's lawsuit may cast doubt on a potential jury in a future Finnish courtroom, but Finnish prosecutors still need to establish jurisdiction over Heart. Finnish authorities allege that Heart resided in Finland and evaded taxes as a resident.
