Berachain has denied rumors of a 10 million token unlock this week. The rumor gained traction after Tokenomist included BERA in a list of tokens with upcoming large-scale unlocks. However, Berachain clarified that there is a token distribution planned as part of an airdrop for users who have deposited funds into Boyco, Berachain’s liquidity acquisition marketplace. These tokens will be given to users in a lump sum when their deposits mature in early May. The actual unlock is 2% of the token's total supply, not this week as previously reported.
