He stated that law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, Hong Kong Police, and Interpol, have evidence against the hacker. Yan offered the hacker a 72-hour window to return the funds in exchange for stopping tracking, destroying collected data, and closing the case. He also expressed willingness to provide a significant reward for compliance with the ultimatum.
