Crypto company Bitfufu has announced a strategic partnership with Bitmain, a leading producer of ASIC bitcoin mining machines. As part of the two-year agreement, Bitfufu will acquire 80,000 Antminer S units from Bitmain. The company plans to use these miners to expand its own mining operations and improve its mining services and cloud mining offerings. Bitfufu aims to add 1 GW in capacity by the end of 2026. The announcement comes as leading mining manufacturers continue to enhance the efficiency of ASIC bitcoin mining machines. Bitfufu's shares have experienced fluctuations in recent months.
