Crypto exchange KuCoin has launched a new feature called KuCoin Pay, which allows merchants to accept direct payments from customers via the exchange. Customers can pay by scanning a QR code or using the KuCoin app. This move aims to bridge the gap between cryptocurrencies and traditional payment systems. The infrastructure supports 54 cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC. The feature is expected to be launched in January and several merchants have already signed up, although their names have not been disclosed.
