Terraport is a new platform developed by TerraVita, a decentralized autonomous organization that currently has two tokens: Terra (TERRA) and Terra Classic (LUNC). With the aim of taking TERRA to $1, the team launched their Terraport project which primarily focuses on staking TERRA tokens on Uniswap and farming its LUni pools. Recently, Classy Crypto, the prominent Terra Classic influencer, clarified the main purpose ofTERRA. He revealed that the team aims to use a substantial portion of the project’s treasury for LUNC burns instead of boosting TERRA to $1. This move is expected to introduce more volume to LUNC and bring massive burns. So far, 31.1 million TERRA tokens have been staked, with an estimate of $659, 799 locked in the Terraport liquidity pool farm. Though the team did not reveal an exact date for the first LUNC burn, they confirmed that is certainly coming and the ultimate goal is to take LUNC to $1.
