Shiba Inu (SHIB) has recently announced their partnership with International Women of Blockchain (IWB) and NowPayments. This collaboration is focused on improving and promoting women’s participation in the blockchain industry. The partnership was enabled by the fund Shytoshi Kusama, the project lead of Shiba Inu, recently launched. This fund already has a $50,000 contribution from several entities and continues to grow.

The objective of this venture is to foster a more diverse environment in the blockchain world. This goal has become all the more prominent, based on a study that has revealed only 5 female founders out of the 141 crypto-focused entities, in December of 2021.

To further promote the fund, a donation button of NowPayments has been integrated in the IWB website. This gateway allows hassle-free payments in over 160 assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Shiba Inu.

Kusama has shown his support to the initiative and stressed the importance of it for the Shiba Inu community. Xena Kash, the CEO at NowPayments, showed her excitement and was pleased to witness the positive results the donation solution had in the Shiba Inu community.

Shibwomen are playing a significant role in providing a platform for the growth and development of blockchain technology. The partnership between Shiba Inu, IWB and NowPayments is a great step in the right direction towards a more diverse blockchain industry. With increased support and resources, more women will be able to enter the industry and contribute their skills and knowledge to Uplift the whole Web3 technology.
