Arnold Schwarzenegger, the renowned actor and former governor of California, has shown support for IOTA in a recent video posted on social media. Co-founder Dominik Schiener has responded to the video, indicating that there may be significant developments for IOTA in the future. Additionally, three new nodes have joined the IOTA Rebased Protocol initiative, bringing the total number of validator nodes on the testnet to 31. The IOTA public testnet is intended to provide a stable environment for developers and users to test their applications with the Rebased Protocol. It will also operate as a staging environment for potential protocol upgrades. IOTA aims to build ecosystems and applications that drive utility and adoption, and the introduction of the Rebased Protocol will bring programmability and full decentralization to the network. Despite these developments, the price of IOTA remains significantly lower than its all-time high.
