Shibarium, the layer-2 scaling solution of the Shiba Inu protocol, is close to reaching a major historical record of 670 million transactions. The protocol has been averaging 4.5 million transactions per day and is expected to reach this milestone within days. Despite a decline in the price of Shiba Inu, the transaction outlook and other metrics of Shibarium provide hope for SHIB supporters. The protocol has also achieved over two million registered wallet addresses and 8.46 million block production. This year, Shibarium has seen widespread adoption. While the price of Shiba Inu has dropped, the performance milestones of Shibarium could help it recover and potentially lead to a future rally.
