Bitcoin and altcoins experienced a significant drop in price, with Bitcoin losing over $4,000 in the past 12 hours. Bitcoin had reached a new all-time high of over $108,000 but has now corrected to just above $104,000. Ethereum, XRP, and SOL also saw price declines. The total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies dropped by about $150 billion to just under $3.850 trillion.
