CandleFocus Bitwise Launches Solana Staking ETP in Europe

Crypto asset manager Bitwise has launched a Solana staking ETP (exchange-traded product) in Europe, called BSOL. The company has partnered with Solana staking firm Marinade as its staking provider. This move follows Bitwise's recent announcement to list a Solana ETF in the US. The launch of the staking infrastructure for SOL could also enable Bitwise to offer staking rewards for its spot SOL ETF in the US. Bitwise first entered the European Solana market through its acquisition of London-based ETC Group and its ESOL product, which currently has $24 million in assets under management. BSOL aims to address the lack of staking rewards in ESOL, making it more appealing to investors.
