India Blockchain Alliance partners with RAK DAO to advance India’s web 3 innovation

The India Blockchain Alliance (IBA) has announced a strategic partnership with Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO) to establish a unified global blockchain ecosystem and promote innovation and talent exchange between India and the UAE. The collaboration will allow Indian blockchain companies to easily enter the UAE market through RAK DAO's ecosystem of over 400 companies and benefit from its legal and regulatory framework. Conversely, UAE-based companies will have access to IBA's extensive network and knowledge of the blockchain landscape in India. The partnership aims to bridge the environmental, social, and governance deficit in blockchain technology by encouraging sustainable practices and responsible innovation. It also seeks to optimize existing structures, reduce energy consumption, and align technological advancements with sustainability goals. The free zones in Dubai, including RAK DAO, provide tax incentives, ownership benefits for foreign investors, and relaxed regulations, making them attractive to international investors. The collaboration between IBA and RAK DAO aims to reduce operational hurdles for entrepreneurs and provide Indian Web3 startups with access to funding from international investors. The stability and regulatory principles of common law frameworks like RAK DAO create legal certainty and trust, attracting blockchain companies and facilitating their expansion and innovation in global markets.
