CandleFocus Bitflow and Pontis bring Bitcoin Runes Automated Market Maker to Stacks

Bitflow and Pontis have launched the first-ever Bitcoin Runes Automated Market Maker (AMM) on the Stacks platform. This AMM offers new applications for Runes, which are BTC tokens known for slow transactions and high fees. The system relies on just one Bitcoin block and one Stacks block to finalize trades, reducing confirmation times compared to other BTC bridges. The Pontis Bridge, supported by industry leaders, ensures security and interoperability. The Runes AMM provides deep liquidity, minimal slippage, and instant price discovery for Bitcoin assets. Users can trade directly through wallets without navigating marketplace listings. The integration of the Pontis Bridge into Bitflow's app will streamline asset transfers and trading. Initial support is for popular Runes, with the potential for future additions based on demand.
