Investments amounting to nearly $10 billion have flowed into Bitcoin U.S. exchange-traded funds (ETFs) since Donald Trump was elected as president. Bloomberg's report reveals that BlackRock Inc. and Fidelity Investments funds are among those contributing to this surge, bringing the total value of investments in ETFs to $113 billion. Trump's recent appointments of a cryptocurrency supporter to head the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the first White House official czar focused on artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency indicate his bullish support for digital assets. He has also promised to replace the government's hesitant stance on crypto with more liberal regulations and even suggested the creation of a national Bitcoin reserve.
