OrdinalsBot, a Bitcoin inscriptions project, has created the largest file ever on the Bitcoin blockchain, known as a "four megger." These files take up an entire block on the network and are considered valuable by collectors due to their visibility on the blockchain. The file, called Pizza Ninja No. 1500, is almost 4 megabytes in size and was mined by BTC miner MARA Holdings. Ordinals use the Ordinals protocol to "inscribe" data onto individual satoshis, making each one unique and potentially valuable. This development has sparked controversy within the Bitcoin community, with concerns about network congestion and transaction fees, but it also allows developers to honor the history and culture of the cryptocurrency.
