Chinese processing hardware manufacturer, Bitmain, launched new and efficient mining machines, the S21+ Hyd. and S21+, during the Bitcoin Amsterdam Summit. The S21+ Hyd. has an energy efficiency ratio of 15.0J/T and a computing power of 319T, while the S21+ has an efficiency ratio of 16.5J/T and a computing power of 216T. Bitmain plans to convert S21+ to S21+ Hyd. for miners who apply two months in advance. The company also unveiled other technology products to meet customer demands. The Bitcoin network hashrate reached a historical high of 697 EH/s on October 9th. Bitcoin miners' daily revenue has been steadily increasing since October 1st, currently at $33.70 million. Marathon Digital Holdings faces a lawsuit from community members for noise pollution caused by mining operations. BitRiver suggests that Russia has favorable mining regulations, potentially surpassing the U.S. in crypto mining.
