Crypto project COTI has announced a grants program worth up to $500,000 to fund solo developers and teams building privacy-oriented Layer 2 solutions. The program, run in partnership with Gitcoin, aims to improve COTI's value proposition by developing diverse privacy solutions within its network. COTI's Layer 2 network, known for its privacy features, allows developers to build various applications using Garbled Circuits technology, which enables verifiable data sharing without revealing sensitive information. The grant program provides financial incentives for developers to create dApps utilizing Garbled Circuits, which can perform up to 1000 times faster than traditional methods, reducing costs and maintaining privacy. COTI has partnered with Gitcoin due to its experience in managing grant programs, enabling access to a developer community to accelerate the network's growth.
