Binance, a popular cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that it will be removing several margin trading pairs from its platform starting on January 16, 2025. This removal affects both Cross Margin and Isolated Margin trading pairs. Users will not be able to transfer assets of the affected pairs to their Isolated Collateral accounts manually or via Automatic Transfer Mode. Borrowing for affected Isolated Collateral pairs will be suspended on January 9, 2025. On January 16, 2025, Binance will automatically close all open positions, liabilities, and cancel pending orders for the affected pairs. The pairs will then be removed from Binance Margin. Users are advised to manually close their positions and transfer assets before 09:00 on January 16, 2025, to avoid automatic settlements and potential losses. Binance will not be held responsible for any losses incurred during the delisting process.
