In her letter, she highlighted questionable expenses, such as expensive airline tickets, hotel room meals, and taxi rides. Favario argued that these expenses go against the Department of Justice (DOJ) guidelines for Bankruptcy cases. She also provided examples of luxurious accommodations and excessive transportation spending by bankruptcy professionals. Favario requested the court to expand the scope of the expenses review and ensure fairness in the case. The letter has drawn criticism from other FTX creditors who believe the bankruptcy process has been mismanaged.
