Lummis, a Bitcoin advocate, has been pushing for the establishment of a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve to offset the US debt. Her plan involves purchasing 1 million Bitcoins over five years using US Treasury funds and keeping them in cold storage for 20 years. Lummis has also expressed interest in exploring lessons from El Salvador's Bitcoin adoption and potentially advocating for federal support for Bitcoin adoption in the US.
