An old Bitcoin whale, which had been dormant for over a decade, has recently become active again, according to on-chain data. The whale's wallet, containing 41 BTC worth over $2.6 million, had not been moved in over 10 years. This reactivation is part of a larger trend of long-dormant Bitcoin wallets coming back to life. CryptoQuant CEO, Ki Young Ju, suggests that this awakening aligns with a Bitcoin market cycle, where old whales become new whales, followed by new whales becoming retail investors, and eventually these retail investors become old whales themselves. Despite fluctuations in Bitcoin's price, there are indications that the market may be preparing for the next upward trend.
