Cryptocurrency venture capital firm Pantera Capital has announced the appointment of Todd Slattery as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Slattery previously served as an asset manager at BlackRock and Goldman Sachs, bringing 22 years of experience to his new role. Pantera Capital aims to further its mission of advancing the digital economy with Slattery's appointment. BlackRock, where Slattery spent 11 years, is among the most active institutional players in the cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs) space, although its Ethereum-based product has not seen the same success as its Bitcoin counterpart.
