ANZ, a major bank in Australia and New Zealand, has joined forces with Singapore-based Guardian Project to explore the benefits of tokenizing real-world assets (RWA) in financial markets. The partnership is part of ANZ's efforts to experiment with blockchain technology and improve the movement of tokenized assets across different blockchain networks. As part of the initiative, ANZ is collaborating with Chainlink Labs and ADDX to test the interoperability of tokenized assets across blockchains using Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol. The project is backed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and involves partnerships with international regulators and industry players to explore asset tokenization and decentralized finance solutions.
