XRP, ADA Omitted From Wyoming Stablecoin Project Amid Legal Tensions

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has raised concerns about the Wyoming Stable Token Commission's decision-making process and hinted at potential legal action. He criticized the lack of transparency and questioned the criteria that led to notable blockchains like Stellar being included while others, including Cardano, were excluded. Hoskinson also highlighted the exclusion of other established blockchains and expressed surprise that rejected protocols were not allowed to present their Proof-of-Concept. He suggested a potential conflict of interest involving the Commission's Executive Director, raising questions about impartiality. These allegations, combined with the absence of a fair evaluation framework, have led to calls for greater accountability and a possible class-action lawsuit.
