Pro Fortnite Player Accused of $3.4M Memecoin Scam

The investigation conducted by ZachXBT accuses a pro-Fortnite player known as Serpent of perpetrating a memecoin scam worth $3.4 million. Serpent, who was previously caught cheating in esports, launched two NFT projects, DAPE and ERROR, both of which ended in fraud. The investigation revealed that Serpent transferred large sums of money to online casinos after converting them on Solana. His gambling activities were leaked on Discord, along with details of his scam-related addresses. Serpent allegedly used social media handles on platforms like X and Instagram to promote fraudulent memecoins, misleading followers into investing. The investigation also uncovered Serpent's connections to high-profile account takeovers. Another individual named DeX, who allegedly participated in sniping scams, is also implicated. The detective, ZachXBT, is continuing to work closely with victims to conclude the investigation, as millions of dollars remain unaccounted for.
