Schwartz also believes that Ethereum and Solana have better technology than Bitcoin but states that Bitcoin's value does not come from having superior technology at layer one. XRPL is seen as an intermediary between Bitcoin and Ethereum in terms of functionality and complexity. Bitcoin uses a UTXO model, while Ethereum employs an account-based model that allows for smart contract interactions. Bitcoin's simplicity has an advantage over hardware wallets from a user-experience standpoint.
