This logo was briefly accepted as the official Bitcoin logo before it was later redesigned by a community member to include the famous orange circle backdrop and a slight rotation of the "₿" symbol. At the time of the logo reveal, Bitcoin was worth very little, but it has since evolved into a mainstream financial asset, reaching an all-time high of $109,114 in January 2025. The significance of the logo change is highlighted by major crypto exchange Binance, who tweeted about it, celebrating Bitcoin's journey and hoping for more innovation and growth in the future.
