He also mentioned that speculation about a strategic Bitcoin reserve and an Elon Musk tweet could fuel the price surge. However, he faced criticism from crypto enthusiasts for his prediction that Bitcoin would crash to $10,000 in 2035. Asness also mentioned that the meme coin Fartcoin would thrive and claimed it as one of the assets he still holds. Fartcoin recently reached a new all-time high price and is currently ranked 79th in the cryptocurrency market.
