Bitcoin's price has continued to rally, reaching a new peak of almost $82,000. Some altcoins, such as DOGE, SHIB, CRO, WIF, NEAR, and TAO, are seeing significant gains. Bitcoin broke several barriers in the past week, surpassing $75,000 and $80,000. Its market cap has surpassed $1.6 trillion, with dominance over other cryptocurrencies at 55.6%. Dogecoin and Shiba Inu have performed well, with Dogecoin becoming the sixth-largest cryptocurrency. Some other altcoins, including NEAR, CRO, TAO, KAS, STX, and WIF, have also seen double-digit gains. However, ADA, ETH, BNB, TON, XRP, TRX, and AVAX have either calmed or experienced slight declines. The total crypto market cap has increased by $50 billion in the past day to reach $2.9 trillion.
