Peter Schiff, a financial commentator and radio host, announced that the Peter Schiff Ordinals collection, also known as the Golden Triumph Ordinals Set, would be sold on Magic Eden. Bitcoin experienced a surge and surpassed $80,000 following Donald Trump's election victory, reaching over $87,000. The Golden Triumph Ordinals Set, launched in 2023, consists of 51 Ordinal inscriptions on the Bitcoin Blockchain, which function similar to non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Despite low trading volume, the Schiff NFTs increased in value by 149% last year. Schiff argued that the scarcity of the Golden Triumph ordinals makes them more valuable than Bitcoin. Schiff has consistently promoted gold as a better investment than Bitcoin and criticized Trump's vow to establish a Bitcoin Reserve. Despite claiming not to own a Bitcoin wallet or the collection, it seems Schiff wants to become a part of the Bitcoin action.
