Patchwork, a startup founded by former Coinbase employees, has released an updated version of its low-to-no-code tools for building decentralized applications (dapps). The tools, called "Create-Patchwork," are designed to simplify blockchain and smart-contract development by lowering barriers and allowing creators to generate contracts and applications in seconds using natural language inputs. Backed by Coinbase Ventures and linked to Coinbase's Ethereum layer-2 network Base, Patchwork aims to make it easy to build dynamic on-chain applications and attach programmable data to on-chain assets. The team plans to roll out several more features in the coming months to enable a "text-to-app" experience in blockchain development.
