Hong Kong-based platform Hex Trust has launched HT Markets MENA in Dubai, offering fiat on/off-ramp operations for accredited and institutional investors. The platform provides on and off-ramp services for fiat currencies to qualified individual investors and institutions in Dubai, with a minimum threshold of AED 368,000 ($100,000). Hex Trust obtained three Virtual Asset Service Provider licenses under the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) in June 2022 and aims to capitalize on the potential for growth in virtual assets in Dubai, citing the region's supportive government and progressive regulations. HT Markets MENA offers 24/7 support for trading, risk management, and fiat on/off-ramp solutions.
