On September 19th, Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs experienced significant outflows, according to on-chain analytics company Lookonchain. Bitcoin ETFs saw a cumulative outflow of 558 BTC ($35.39 million), with ARK 21Shares being the most prominent contributor with 725 BTC ($46.01 million) in withdrawals. However, ARK 21Shares still holds a large amount of BTC, with a portfolio of 44,982 BTC ($2.85 billion). The outflows suggest investor sentiment amid market consolidation and may indicate investors adjusting portfolios or taking profits. Ethereum ETFs also had 4,605 ETH ($11.41 million) in net outflows, with Grayscale Ethereum Trust seeing 7,718 ETH ($19.13 million) in withdrawals. Despite the outflows, Grayscale remains dominant in the ETH ETF sector, holding 1,724,293 ETH ($4.27 billion). Similar to Bitcoin, the outflows from Ethereum ETFs may represent investors taking profits or reallocating portfolios in response to recent price changes.
