Binance is set to launch the stablecoin USUAL on November 19, making it the first platform to support the coin. USUAL, backed by Kraken, Mantle, Starkware, GSR, and 150 other investors, will be launched on the Ethereum network. Binance users can expect airdrops of USUAL tokens and farming opportunities starting on November 15. The stablecoin currently has a market cap of $345.71 million and a total supply of 346 million USUAL tokens. USUAL will initially be available for pre-market trading in USUAL/USDT pairs, with more details on closing and listing times to be announced later. In February 2024, USUAL introduced the stablecoin USD0, which also serves as a governance token for the network.
