The latest report from CoinShares reveals that institutional investors invested a record-breaking $3.2 billion into crypto investment vehicles last week. This brings the total yearly inflows to $44.5 billion, surpassing any previous year by more than four times. The report also highlights that trading volumes in exchange-traded products (ETPs) have averaged $21 billion per week, accounting for 30% of bitcoin traded on trusted exchanges. In terms of regional inflows, the United States, Switzerland, Germany, and Brazil led the way with significant investments. Bitcoin products saw inflows of $2 billion, reaching yearly inflows of $38 billion. Altcoins like XRP, Polkadot, and Litecoin also experienced notable inflows. Ethereum products attracted $1 billion in inflows.
